Onjuiste synchronisatie in de OpenVPN ovpn-dco-win voor Windows-versies 0.6.5 tot 1.3.5 en 2.4.0 tot 2.8.7 stelt lokale aanvallers in staat om een impasse te veroorzaken via een vervaardigd schrijven naar het ovpn-dco-apparaat, waardoor de host niet meer reageert.
