In getXmlFileNameForUser van LocaleManagerService.java is er een mogelijke bypass van machtigingen vanwege een verwarrende paddoorloop. Dit kan leiden tot openbaarmaking van lokale informatie zonder dat er extra uitvoeringsrechten nodig zijn. Gebruikersinteractie is niet nodig voor exploitatie.
