Er is een beveiligingslek gedetecteerd in SmythOS sre tot 0.0.15. Getroffen is de functie AgentRuntime van de bestandspakketten/core/src/subsystems/AgentManager/AgentRuntime.class.ts van de HTTP-headerhandler van de component. Dergelijke manipulatie van het argument X-DEBUG-RUN/X-DEBUG-INJ leidt tot onjuiste authenticatie. Het is mogelijk om de aanval op afstand te starten. De exploit is openbaar gemaakt en kan worden gebruikt. De verkoper werd vroeg gecontacteerd over deze openbaarmaking, maar reageerde op geen enkele manier.
